We all know the saying that knowledge is power, but watching the COVID-19 coverage all day, every day will surely leave you feeling more stressed out.\u00a0 Pick just one or two times a day to watch the news, and that\u2019s it.\u00a0 Whether you choose to watch the state or federal government press briefings, the 6:00 local news or a combination, be sure to set your limits.<\/p>\n

Maybe it\u2019s a song that brightens your mood or helps you unwind, or wrapping in a cozy blanket on the couch while drinking herbal tea.
