I hired a different cleaning service for a move out clean but they rescheduled and then no showed. I was on a very tight timeline closing on my home in TN in 24 hours and had already moved out of state. THANK GOODNESS I called Home Clean Heroes! They were so nice and understanding and worked to get my home clean the very same day before the new owners moved in the next day! We've had cleaning services with other local franchise companies that didn't feel personal or individuals who were inconsistent in showing up, but Penny and her "grime fighters" are always so pleasant to work with and open to feedback. They're flexible when we need to adjust an appointment date/time and always communicate as early as possible if the same is needed on their side. Highly recommended!
