• Refrigerator Clean-Out: Includes removing all items and shelves from fridge, cleaning shelves and inside of fridge, and putting all items back in fridge.

Before Your Service:

• You will receive an email reminder; cancel or reschedule by 4pm the day prior if needed.
• Tidy up excess clutter like clothing, toys, or dishes.
• Secure pets in a comfortable spot.
• Inform us of any specific areas needing extra attention.
• Ensure access for our Heroes via key, access code, or being present.

During Your Service:

• You will recognize our team by our Hero mobiles and uniform shirts!
• Rest assured: all Heroes are background-checked, bonded, and insured.
• Choose to be home during the service or let our team work while you’re away.
• Prefer for us to use your cleaning products? Just leave them out for us along with a note. 
• Close doors to rooms you prefer to remain untouched.
• Payment is due at the time of cleaning; options include charging the card on file, check, or cash.
• Cleaning is performed using our cleaning checklist. 
• Tips are appreciated but not mandatory. If leaving cash, please mark the envelope with “Home Clean Heroes”.

After Your Service:

• After your first service, expect a call from our office to get your feedback.
