Who We Are
Home Clean Heroes of North Charlotte is not just another maid service. We are a premier residential cleaning company dedicated to providing a much needed service to our local North Charlotte community. We do this by transforming homes with customized service and professionalism provided by fully insured and background-checked cleaning technicians. Our commitment to clean homes is our priority, but we also think it’s important to give back. Through our Heroes First program, we support local first responders in the North Charlotte area with every cleaning service we perform.
Meet the Owner
Meet Nicholas Gaydos, the proud owner of Home Clean Heroes of North Charlotte! As a military veteran with family members deeply rooted in the first responder community, Nick’s passion for Home Clean Heroes is fueled by his desire to provide a vital service to the Greater Charlotte community, especially first responders and military veterans. He brings a wealth of experience from working alongside military units, law enforcement agencies, and private-sector entities as a threat intelligence analyst for the past 12 years.
At home, Nick’s favorite space is his office, a testament to his appreciation for well-kept and orderly environments. He applies this same level of care and attention to detail in helping customers achieve the same sense of tidiness and comfort in their homes.
When he’s not deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of Home Clean Heroes of North Charlotte, Nick enjoys immersing himself in the local culture. He’s an enthusiastic supporter of Charlotte FC, stays active by participating in local 5K runs, and enjoys exploring Uptown Charlotte with his family. Nick embodies the spirit of service and community, making him not just a business owner, but a valued member of the Greater Charlotte community
Meet the General Manager
Michele McKnight is the general office manager for Home Clean Heroes of North Charlotte. She is responsible for the day-to-day office operations such as hiring, training, scheduling, and keeping the office a healthy working environment. Her superpower is the ability to clone herself so she can be everywhere at once and can clean all the rooms in your house!
Her favorite room in the house is the kitchen where she loves to cook and connect with her family. When she isn’t serving her community, she’s shopping at Target or reading a good book!
